Terms & Conditions

  • This service is subject to availability and hotel confirmation.
  • Requests must be made no later than 5 days prior to arrival.
  • A confirmation email will be sent within 7 days before your arrival.
  • Valid for bookings of a single room only.
  • If your request includes a room upgrade, we will contact you to confirm the new reservation details. Any additional charges will follow the same cancellation policy as the original booking.
  • If the requested room number falls within the same category as your original booking, payment will be processed upon check-in.
  • In the event that the requested room is unavailable, we will allocate a room as similar as possible to your selection.
